Design Studio Asset URL Functionality

I am trying to set up a simple smart list to see who has visited the URL for an asset in the design studio.  However, when I input the URL into the visits webpage choice, it has a red line underneath indicating an error in the smart list.

I know this seems like a simple thing to accomplish, but I'm wondering if I am utilizing the wrong info to track against an asset in our design studio.

Thank you!

Re: Design Studio Asset URL Functionality

If it isn't showing up in the lead's activity log as visited that page, then something isn't tracking. If it's an approved asset, then I'd reach out to support to figure out why it isn't tracking visits to the page.

Re: Design Studio Asset URL Functionality

Hey Christine, instead of adding the URL, try typing the name of the asset into the "Visited Web Page" filter. When they're assets, they normally come up under the asset name, and not as their actual URL.

Re: Design Studio Asset URL Functionality

Hi Dory - I just tried that as well and it's not recognizing the name.

Am I correct to use the "Visited Web Page" filter?

I tested to see if this showed up in my lead's activity history and didn't see it represented.

Thank you!
