There were lags in getting information I requested (pricing for additional modules and expanded database sizes), but then they were all over me (multiple emails a day) when the license lapsed. They also put a term in regarding having to have my database size within compliance or I would be automatically upgraded. At that point, they still hadn't provided the database banding pricing I had requested a month earlier and it turned out that my contract would increase 50% if I had not noticed that clause.
We eventually worked it out, but it was a very poor customer experience and they didn't seemed super inclined to try to sell me more (which I thought was quite odd).
My key advice - start the process really early, especially if you want to explore adding in new capabilities, and be very mindful of your database size compliance because they're all over that right now.

That's part of the reason I was ticked off when they didn't share pricing until after it lapsed - my hands were tied.
