This position is chiefly for managing the company?s web site and for supporting the marketing and brand team with digital lead generation and nurturing activities. A key responsibility will be to execute email marketing campaigns from concept through completion, including reporting and analytics. The individual should have a broad understanding of the latest in web marketing tools and strategies for target marketing, particularly through email best practices. Additionally, this individual will also be responsible for management and maintenance of marketing databases.

Primary responsibilities include:

Website Management

  • Serve as the company?s primary webmaster
  • Manage and update the corporate website as needed
  • Coordinate major website updates with outside resources as necessary
  • Manage all web-based event content, including public and internal RSVP pages and forms, event spotlights, and overall event calendar
  • Collaborate with internal communications to ensure consistency across external and internal platforms

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Execute all digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead programs
  • Use CMS to create custom landing environments tailored to meet campaign objectives
  • Develop strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, minimize email fatigue and opt-outs, and maximize inquiries and conversions
  • Create and update marketing automation platform to support lead conversion
  • Collaborate with colleagues across all business lines and with other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment of all campaigns
  • Manage and analyze trade show and webinar leads
  • Work with Marketing and Sales management to plan and execute programs that empower business development representatives to prospect non-qualified leads
  • SEO and Syndication

Analytics

  • Leverage analytics and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
  • Build and manage reports within the database, marketing automation and customer management platforms
  • Analyze website traffic statistics to inform email campaigns and social ad strategies. Produce regular reports on analytics with relevant insights and recommendations
  • Collect, analyze and recommend new strategies and optimization of current campaigns and leads to continually improve the ROI and reach target goals
  • Work with internal teams to develop new reporting with deeper insights which aid in tracking results and drive sales velocity
  • Serve as a key database administrator to perform regular lead maintenance and ensure data integrity
  • Explore opportunities to add value to overall marketing efforts
  • Perform other related duties as required
