Hi guys, i have a question that caused me a headache since this morning

I am trying to push leads generated by an ebook download to an engagement program. I tried multiple times and doens ot seem to be working properly so i thought i might get some help to figure it out.

I have a campaign that takes the leads that downloaded one of our ebooks, and put them in an engagement program.  here is how it is set up right now, but i does not seem to send the leads to the engagement program (default choice) even if no previous condition was met. Is there something i am missing on here? Help will be much appreciated.

Hi Salim,

Too few information to be able to help you. Are the leads qualifying for the campaign and have a "do nothing" activity in the activity log, or is it because they do not qualify, and then the issue is on your triggers, your filters or your qualification rules?

Hi Greg,

Thanks for your answer. Yess the leads actually don't meet any criteria in choice 1 and 2, choice 3 should apply here but it does not (because i am testing with different emails and new ones to make sure they don't meet any of these criterias). Instead, when i look at the activity log, i see that it acts as if they met one of them, and it ignores the change.
