Job Description: 

The George Washington School of Business (GWSB) is seeking a Marketing Associate to manage the digital communication activities in Marketing and Communications that support recruitment and admissions for Graduate Programs. This individual works closely with Graduate Admissions and ensures that marketing efforts align with the objectives for GWSB. This individual manages the systems integration for Marketo and SalesForce and is the super user for these two key platforms. The Marketing Associate will report to the Senior Associate for Marketing and also work with the Executive Director.


The primary focus of the position is the end to end management of marketing campaigns using Marketo, including building all campaigns for the GWSBmarketing team; driving branding through marketing content, design/build the information architecture and user interface; plan/lead flow management and monitor and report on activity across all graduate programs.


This individual is responsible for CRM design and implementation and quality control/testing of all campaigns with this automated platform. A strong secondary role is a planner/project manager for client services support with priority to enrollment activities.


This individual collaborates with the Sr. Associate on campaign reporting and revenue analytics for the marketing department. This includes analyzing campaign results for click rates, engagement results and making recommendations to optimize campaign performance.


The ideal candidate has a successful track record of managing Marketo programs and processes, experience with HTML and related software for digital communications, basic graphic design/layout/production skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be results driven, organized with strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently to achieve program goals and objectives and demonstrate the ability to become the subject matter expert for the team. Selected candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with a diverse population at all levels, and to facilitate decision making and conflict resolution.
