All our registration forms in Marketo use http:// NOT https://  Is the information gathered on these forms secure?  If not secure using http:// will they be secure using https://?  If https:// is secure how do I change this?

No, forms are not secure unless the main document (go.example.com/lp.html) is loaded via SSL (i.e. https://go.example.com/lp.html).

You'll need to generate and supply an SSL cert to Marketo (and there's a setup fee as well).  Open a support case to get the process started.
