Field Mapping in one place in Marketo

Hi

I have a field called Newsletters both on the lead and the account in my Salesforce instance. 
The lead field maps to the account field when it is converted.

In marketo, these fields are listed as Newletters and Newsletters A

I'd actually like them to map to one Marketo field, kind of like the unsubscribe field one both the lead and the account maps to one field in Marketo.

How do I change the field mapping?

You need to ask Marketo Support if they can help you do the map to a single field. Newsletters really should map to the Contact and if they had, you would not have separate fields.

This may require a lot of work on your part if you are heavily using the field in the system.
