Allow for quicker/mass reactivation of campaigns (and vice versa)

We have hundreds of smart campaigns across 24 workspaces.  Each month, when specific campaigns are deactivated due to no activity, we find several that should be reactivated.  Many of these are simply listening for activity on our website (and, of course, these pages aren't very popular).  Nevertheless, we still need these to be active.  It would be very useful to mass select those campaigns that are listed within the report and reactivate them without having to go to every single campaign and manually do this.

It would be great if we could specify which campaigns the Idle Trigger Cleanup should ignore either at the program or smart campaign level. The process right now that Marketo suggests of deactivating then reactiving the campaign in order to have the campaign ignored in the cleanup is time-consuming when you have 100s of campaigns running in your instance.

Yeah, this is definitely not suited for a global enterprise like us.  We have over 800 programs across 24 workspaces (each program has on average 3 campaigns).

Here's another use-case: tonight we need to have Marketo Support do a resync with our CRM environment.  To prevent a bunch of repeat marketing/sales alerts from being sent out again, I need to temporarily deactivate all of the smart campaigns within our Lead Lifecycle program - about 25 in total.  This is so tedious to have to click on each campaign, click on the Schedule tab and then click "deactivate" (and once again to reactivate).  It would be so much easier if we can mass-select specific smart campaigns, right-click and select "deactivate".
