Create multiple programs and define all fields at once

For example if I have a spreadsheet with all the fields defined already, I would like to upload it somewhere to add the programs in that way

Program name      Salesforce campaign Sync Name       Type            etc...

DamonTest            DamonTestSFDC                                 Webinar
MarketoTest           MKTO-SFDC-2013                                Event


The above spreadsheet would make the 2 programs and sync to the 2 campaigns in salesforce listed.
