I would like to have the availability to preview within Sales Insight the email, including all of the merge fields. We have several emails that when we send to a contact include various merge fields, even including custom tables with available products for purchase. When we send these out, we are constantly getting emails from our sales reps wanting to have exactly what the contact received so that they can then send it to the agency or that when they're on the phone with the contact, the contact did not receive the email so they want to forward a copy while talking to them. From what I can tell, this can't be done. It would be huge to help our reps if they can preview the emails including all merged fields.
