It would be great to have a the published template expire and removed from SFDC view at a certain date especially for those related to events. Once the date is past, the email is no longer relevant and disappears from the drop down.
This is a fantastic idea! Im always having to put reminders etc on my calendar to take emails out of sales insight for trade shows etc that have passed.
Wonder if there are any workarounds here that would be simpler to implement.
One off-the-cuff idea: make "publish/unpublish" available actions in the flow step of a smart campaign.
Would be really helpful to be able to create a smart list of MSI Emails created >2 months ago, for instance, and run a scheduled campaign to unpublish any that met those criteria.
