Adjust Communication Limits to Delay, not Skip

Can there be an option to simply delay any email to a lead that's over the communication limit as opposed to blocking that email?

Came here to post the same idea.

It would be lovely to be able to say "I want to try sending this message to anyone on the list who hasn't been sent it yet because of communication limits. Marketo should try to send this message once a day at [time of my choosing], and I want the final send attempt to be on [date of my choosing]."
