About the Speakers
Ari Echt is Director of Account-Based Marketing at Invoca. He won the Demand Gen Report B2B Innovator Award 2018 and was a speaker at Marketo Summit. He manages the B2B digital marketing stack at Invoca to deliver an increasingly positive customer experience with a focus on data driven decisions. He enjoys playing guitar and spoiling his cat, Gladys Knight.
Heather Foeh is the VP of Customer Experience at PathFactory. She is passionate about ensuring delightful experiences for customers, which includes giving them opportunities to share their successes with each other and in their industry, as well as random moments of surprises. Hailing from Eloqua and Oracle, Heather also held customer marketing and advocacy leadership roles at Lattice Engines and Vision Critical. She and her husband live in Henderson, NV and are avid hikers and campers.
