The Presentations

DATA DATA DATA! Everyone's favorite and least favorite word. When you have good data, life is great, but when you have bad data, it can lurk in your systems like the Lochness monster, waiting to take a big bite out of your MQL numbers, Privacy Compliance architecture, Lifecycle Processing, and more! A nightmare! However, there is hope. We'll discuss enrichment vendors that can fill in the gaps for you, and Marketo architecture that can standardize and clean your habitually messy data by leveraging nightly batch campaigns and segmentations.

Sydney Mulligan is a Marketo Certified Solutions Architect, specializing in operational and reporting excellence. Sydney is a Marketo Champion and Marketo User Group Leader. Sydney has been using Marketo since 2015, and has worked in instances with a variety of lead database sizes, revenue cycle complexities, and reporting requirements.

Synthio will discuss common challenges Marketers face with maintaining up to date and accurate databases. This will be an engaging session that will share best practices and advance your understanding of data quality issues.

Chaim Frenkel is the Director of Channel Partners at Synthio managing their strategic partnership with Marketo. He has led 15+ Marketo User Groups across the country. With over a decade of experience as alliances executive, he focuses on building strategic partnerships and scaling early stage companies.
