Looking forward to starting off 2018 with a MUG meeting at the PointClickCare offices! We're excited to have Andrew Sinclair as our featured speaker for our meeting!


Sales and marketing alignment has long been a priority of marketing, this has intensified as account-based models have gained in popularity. Marketing must now show results against target accounts, get leads to ABM owners, and work in conjunction with an expanding set of sales technology. We'll discuss:


  1. Typical changes faced by marketing when trying to align with sales --> with a focus on CRM alignment
  2. How to manage data in the expanding sales and marketing tech space --> with a focus on lead to account management, assignments, and ownership
  3. Best practices on how to select tools which integrate into the marketing and sales technology space


Andrew is the president of Lane Four, a Toronto based Salesforce consulting partner focusing on funded start-ups and non-profits. Lane Four manages manages a roster of over 50 clients through a managed service approach to delivery.  He has been in the Salesforce community for 9 years, worked as an architect in environments ranging from 2 - 20,000 users and has led over 100 Salesforce implementation projects.
