Learn how to configure your programs and campaigns for optimal analysis and reporting. We’ll review how first-touch and multi-touch program attribution are calculated and share best practices to setup your programs for revenue cycle analytics. Through guided training we’ll also walk you through the Opportunity Analyzer and Program Analyzer, then introduce you to Revenue Cycle Explorer reporting, covering both standard and custom reports.

• Define program attribution and state the differences between first‐touch and multi‐touch attribution.
• Setup your programs for optimal RCA effectiveness.
• Utilize Marketo’s Opportunity Influence Analyzer, Program Analyzer, and Revenue Cycle Explorer (RCE).
Course is ideal for those experienced using Marketo programs and who have the Marketo Revenue Cycle Analytics product. Seats in this course are available for purchase on a first come, first served basis.
