We’ll review how first-touch and multi-touch program attribution are calculated and share best practices to setup your programs for revenue cycle analytics. Through guided training we’ll also walk you through the Opportunity Analyzer and Program Analyzer, then introduce you to Revenue Cycle Explorer reporting, covering both standard and custom reports.

  • Define program attribution and state the differences between firsttouch and multitouch attribution.
  • Setup your programs for optimal RCA effectiveness.
  • Utilize Marketo’s Opportunity Influence Analyzer, Program Analyzer, and Revenue Cycle Explorer (RCE).
