Contact Showing Opportunity Role But No Opportunity

Issue Description
Marketo records have opportunity role while they don't have any opportunity

Issue Resolution
This can happen because they are separate SFDC objects so it is possible that the opportunity is not visible to the sync user but the OpportunityContactRole is.
