Issue Description
Updating Channel Tag Status(es) do not change the assigned status for program members.

Issue Resolution
When Channel Tag Status(es) are updated, the assigned status for program members do not automatically update. The parts of Marketo that will automatically reflect the updated status(es) are Campaign filters/flow steps referencing the previous status, and Program Summaries.
