Unable to add multiple Facebook/LinkedIn services

Issue Description
When attempting to add an additional Facebook or LinkedIn Launchpoint service, it does not appear as an option in the drop down.


Issue Resolution
While we only support one Launchpoint service for each integration type, we support multiple accounts through the Launchpoint service that the customer adds. The user account that is used to authenticate the service will need to have the appropriate permissions to each business page that is going to be used by the instance.
