SalesForce Custom Object Not Visible in SalesForce Objects Sync

Issue Description
The custom object you created in SalesForce isn't showing up in the tree in Salesforce Objects Sync, or isn't showing up at the right level in the tree.

Issue Resolution
Make sure the Custom object has a lookup or Master-Detail relationship to either Lead, Contact, or Account. Also ensure that the lookup field is visible to the Sync User
