What do I do if I am having problems processing my credit card payment on Webassessor?

Do you provide discounts for Marketo exams?

We do not provide regular discounts, but we do provide special pricing at Summit for the MCE test.

How can I get a receipt for my exam purchase on Webassessor?

You can log into your WebAssessor account and generate a receipt yourself. Marketo does not have access to any of your financial information in WebAssessor. Once logged in scroll down and you should see a button that says Generate Receipts.

I have a Voucher code to take my exam, but Webassessor is rejecting it.

Voucher codes all have expiration dates. If the voucher is from a Marketo sales order for an entitlement, that order would have included the expiration date. If you have any additional questions about your voucher, please reach out to mktcertf@adobe.com
