    What is the cost for a Learning Passport and what does it include?

    We have two options for the subscription. Our full-access passport that includes both on-demand and live, instructor-led classes costs 5,000 USD for one user for one year. Our e-learning passport that includes self-paced courses costs 2,500 USD for one user for one year. Please note that only current Marketo customers can purchase these at this time.

    How do I purchase a course individually or together, but not through a subscription?

    Email university@marketo.com to either:

    • Pay via secure credit card form (for US and Canada only)
    • Pay via invoice through the company. You will get a quote to be signed asap in order to enroll, then the company's billing address will receive an invoice 10-15 business days later.
    Can I request access to courses that I want to take and then pay later?

    Yes, please email university@marketo.com to expedite payment for any courses you wish to take and have not already purchased.

    Can I buy courses individually or as a bundle/package?

    Courses can be purchased individually or together at the listed price. We also offer a subscription to all of our courses called the Learning Passport with both on-demand and live training options. Please email university@marketo.com for more details.

    Why do I have to "request access" to courses I have paid for?

    Marketo University does not support e-commerce at this time, so we must verify payment before approving a request for enrollment as the entitlement will not automatically load into the account.

    What if I purchased access on-demand content but cannot access it?
    Email university@marketo.com with any technical questions/concerns about accessing content in Marketo University.
