Changing the default tracking links to a branded tracking link

    Issue Description
    Customer(s) who have been utilizing the default tracking links to send Emails to Leads in Marketo and decide to change the default tracking link to their own branding tracking, this will make any emails sent before the change to redirect to a 404 Error page.

    Issue Resolution
    The branding tracking link should be one of the first steps that the customer(s) need to do when they obtain their instances. If they decided to change the default tracking link to a branded tracking link after being utilizing this in emails they should be prepare in advance any email sent prior to the change as it will immediately generate the 404 Error. The preparation would mean that there has to be a complete stop to the emails being sent to leads in order to avoid in which a lead opens a link a day after they received the email and get redirected to this 404 error.
