When you click "Tout It" on an email, you get the error message:
Unexpected Tout Error
Sorry, we weren't able to send that email. Please try again or contact support for help.
Here are some possibilities that this might happen
1. Please make sure that your not using multiple accounts
2. Reset your Gmail connection
3. If you are not logged into your Gmail account, you will be prompted to sign in. Please ensure that you are logging in with the account used to access ToutApp
4. When you are logged in, you will need to allow ToutApp to access some basic information.
5. Once you click on "allow", you may be prompted to log back into ToutApp.com
