Issue Description
Error "API is not enabled for this Organization or Partner" occurs during Marketo - Salesforce integration.


Issue Resolution
This is a Salesforce generated error and indicates that API access is not available in your SFDC instance.  For more information, see this Salesforce documentation: http://www.salesforce.com/us/developer/docs/api/Content/sforce_api_calls_concepts_core_data_objects.htm .

To resolve this, contact Salesforce to enable API access.
