"RCE is unable to save your file" Error

    Issue Description

    When you try to save a report in Revenue Explorer you experience  the following error: "Unable to save your file. Please try again or contact your system administrator for assistance."


    Issue Resolution
    In order to save a file in Revenue Explorer you need to to save it in either "My Dashboard" or "My Report". RCE will not allow you to save files in the top-level folders.
