MSI Actions Drop-down Not Visible in SFDC for Specific Contacts

    Issue Description
    When attempting to use the Marketo Sales Insight actions drop-down list, to perform an action for a specific contact in Salesforce, the drop-down does not appear in the MSI section.

     

    Issue Resolution
    Check to see if the specific contacts this is occurring on have been recently converted. If they have, then the actions drop down will not appear until the contact has synced back down to Marketo.
