Webinar Attendance Not Updated Within 24 Hours

    Issue Description
    Webinar attendance still has not update 24 hours after webinar was completed.

    Issue Resolution
    Sometimes Webinar providers can fail to update attendance to Marketo. To refresh the attendance information do the following:

      • Open the Webinar Program
      • Go to Event Actions -> Refresh from webinar provider
