Why am I not getting Views?

Our view tracking is done by placing an invisible image inside the body of the email so that when the email is opened and the image is opened, the view is triggered.

 

What this means is that if the person you are contacting doesn't have images enabled on their email account they might not trigger a view.

 

We suggest adding images to your templates or a logo to your signature to prompt contacts to enable images in case they have it set by default to be off.
