This FAQ will help you to diagnose any issues with your Microsft Exchange setup. Make sure you have read through our setup documentation first.

Testing Your Exchange Connection

If you are unsure of why the connection with Exchange is failing, you can use this article to guide you through running a diagnostic check.

1. Click Here to get started

2. Select the box next to, "Synchronization, Notification, Availability, and Automatic Replies"

3. Click Next in the bottom right corner

4. Fill out: Email address, UPN, Password and check the other options as seen below.

5. Click Perform Test

A test will be run and will notify you what tests passed and what failed when attempting to connect to your exchange server. If any tests failed when trying to connect to Exchange you will want to make the necessary changes.
