Here are a few known conflicts with Outlook:
- We're optimized to run in Outlook 2007-2013 with Windows 7 and higher. Any versions before or after that may cause conflicts with our plugin.
- Have you verified your email address with us yet? You'll need to do that first in order for ToutApp to work properly in Outlook.
- If you're using a VPN or proxy, we've observed some rare conflicts with these and would need to speak with your IT department to fix this. You can try loading ToutApp off your corporate network to verify that that's the issue.
- If none of these seem to be the issue, please submit a support ticket here and let us know what actions in Outlook are causing the app to crash.
