An event program fails to show in the Mobile Check-In app
There are two reasons why a program will now show up in the check in app.
- The event date of the program is not one week before or one week after the event. Programs will only show in the check in app if they are within this date range.
- The channel that you are using for program has not be set up correctly for mobile check in. If you go in the Admin section of Marketo, click on Tags and find the channel in question.
Make sure that you have set both Mobile check in statuses, Registered and Attended. You must have both of these set up in your channel. If they aren't, the program will not show in the app.
