    Your Premier Support entitlement has been enhanced with a Premier Success Team. Now, your Named Support Engineer is part of a 5-member Premier Success Team whose members work in concert to provide a full range of complementary skills. All your Premier support features remain intact (Mentoring Sessions, Accelerated SLAs, etc), but now your Named Support Engineer will be backed by a focused team of Premier Support Engineers to deliver world-class support tailored to meet the needs of your account.

     

     

    Benefits

    Each team is led by two Lead Support Engineers, and aided by three Premier Support Engineers. With a larger team, your engineers can specialize in specific knowledge areas, and we can connect you with our most senior engineers for your half-yearly instance reviews and mentor sessions. This will help to increase case resolution speed, decrease escalations, and elevate your overall support experience.

    Steven Vanderberg, Senior Technical Support Engineer

    A 2015 ‘Customer Hero’ and ‘Customer Support MVP’ award winner, Steven lends his expertise to the deep technical issues including: SOAP, REST, Munchkin, and CRM integrations.  Steven also excels at analyzing big data and log files to sniff out bugs and proactively monitor performance.  

     

    After hours he can be found exploring the great indoors, indulging his deep love of video games and Japanese animation. Steven also enjoys spending his free time trying out new baking techniques and recipes to share with family and coworkers.

    Chris Coel, Senior Technical Support Engineer

    Chris brings tenacity and determination, along with his years of industry experience, to the team. He has a knack for discovering and creating out of the box ideas to achieve a solution.

     

    He is an avid home brewer, marathon runner, as well as a lover of the outdoors. He can often be found at the many brew fests in the region.

    Leyla has been with Marketo for three years and has a wide variety of experience both inside and out of the technology industry. She is an expert at delivering mentor sessions, and enjoys diving in to work with you on sensitive situations.

     

    In her free time Leyla participates in Meditation and enjoys the outdoors.

    Damien Sparks, Technical Support Engineer

    Damien is a Marketo Certified Expert with two years Marketo experience and 11 years combined IT and Customer Service experience in the beverage, broadcast media, and software sector. His area of expertise is Design Studio, Marketing Activities, Sales Insight, and Analytics and is passionate about his customer’s success. Damien loves to be challenged and enjoys learning and expanding his skill set. His attention to detail and analytical thinking allows him to dig deeper into troubleshooting situations.

     

    He is a lover of all things Art and Design and traveling the world.  He loves to spend time going to art galleries/exhibits, graphic design, catching auto shows and playing with gadgets.

    Micah is a strong problem solver and troubleshooter. He has over 5 years of experience support multiple software solutions in a variety of different fields. His is passionate about ensuring marketing programs fit customer needs and also places emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

     

    Micah likes to read science fiction novels, watch movies, go to festivals, and go on walks with his Great Dane.
