jQuery is loaded by default by the RTP tag to assure some functionalities work properly on any page.
We are able to configure the script behavior and completely disable the jQuery.js and jQueryUI.js loaded by RTP on your website if there is any conflict.
This can be configured in your account settings by the support team - since it is one of the more advanced configurations that are not accessible to users.
There is no way to exclude pages from this configuration - therefore, you will need to make sure jQuery being imported properly on all your website pages.
RTP uses jQuery and jQuery UI for some of the basic functionalities (i.e campaigns, recommendation engine..).
Therefore not having both installed on your webpages might cause RTP not to work properly.
