 POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Campaign Manager will perform a wide range of duties in support of go-to-market plans for Edifecs’ products and solutions including managing the execution and measurement of direct marketing campaigns, developing direct marketing materials, working with partners on joint marketing efforts, managing webinars, as well as interacting with, and reporting from, Edifecs’ internal CRM and campaign management systems.  The ability to manage several marketing functions simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment, is critical.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Plan, implement, and track the success of marketing campaigns and ensure leads are transitioned into the sales pipeline
  • Manage assigned projects and coordinate activities with other Edifecs staff, partners, and external vendors in support of marketing projects and campaigns 
  • Work with sales teams to plan and measure campaign success via lead scoring, reporting, and sales conversions
 
CREATIVE EXPERTISE
  • Proven experience in producing marketing materials and campaigns via direct mail, email, advertising, and conference programs
  • Experience in coordinating with graphic artists to visually represent marketing concepts and strong technical and creative writing ability
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills

REQUIRED SKILL SET, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

Education / Experience
 
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years marketing experience including B2B demand generation targeting
  • Experience with a wide range of lead generation vehicles, including e-marketing, direct mail, and webinars
  • Proven ability to successfully develop and implement marketing plans while applying the principles of market segmentation, brand management, marketing communications, and database marketing
  • Ability to assist in the evaluation and management of vendors for various contracted marketing services
  • Experience working closely with sales team or background in sales a plus
  • Experience working with CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com) and marketing automation tools (such as Marketo or Eloqua) also a plus
 
Skills and Abilities
 
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas and execution into the lead generation process
  • Excellent communication including strong writing ability
  • Proficiency in managing web leads and working with web team to ensure integration is working properly
  • Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and communicate marketing programs and results
  • Tracking progress of marketing programs in Salesforce.com and managing/inputting lists from shows & events
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with sharp attention to detail
